Return Policy

At Tuscany Cookies, we stand behind our products. To keep our signature cookies at their best, we provide a “best by date” on our products and recommend storing the cookies in a cool, dry place. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, simply Contact Us with a detailed description and photograph(s) of your dissatisfaction, and we will be happy to replace or exchange the product.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated addresses or recipients being out of town or not available.

During warm weather months (between March and October) we add a layer of ice blankets inside the shipping box. We recommend using the Next Day Shipping option but we can NOT guarantee that the cookies will arrive in perfect condition.

We recommend ordering chocolate dipped cookies during the colder months:
September, October, November, December, January, and February.

Our products are available for purchase at Purchases made through any other vendors cannot be guaranteed.
